Injury Prevention Specialist

Assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans through observation of work performance and body mechanics analysis. Perform and document workplace treatments while integrating coaching feedback for continuous improvement. Proactively address discomfort via education and job-specific coaching to eliminate injury contributions. Assist with medical surveillance testing, clinic operations, and employee health training on wellness and disease prevention topics. Ensure compliance with OSHA recordkeeping rules for first aid.
