Job Summary
Engage and educate industrial athletes in proactive injury prevention strategies while delivering high-quality, individualized care using proven protocols. Promote a culture of collaboration and wellness by building rapport and fostering trust among team members and clients. Efficiently manage time and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment to support our grocery store warehousing/distribution client. This part-time/PRN role includes filling in during vacations, sick days, and one scheduled weekend day per month.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor's degree
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate's degree
- Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with associate's degree
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with bachelor's degree
- Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor's degree and certification from a reputable organization
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology or related field
- Reputable certification for Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability
- Active state license (for ATC)
- Associate's degree (for PTA or OTA)
- Bachelor's degree (for CSCS, Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer)
