Job Summary
The Case Manager at GOLD MEDAL INJURY LAW will support clients through injury claims by managing case files from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include conducting intake processes, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish, organizing documentation, scheduling appointments, and providing updates to clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
