Injury Adjuster role handling non-attorney involved soft tissue bodily injury and auto physical damage claims. Responsibilities include confirming coverage, determining liability, investigating loss details, evaluating, negotiating, and settling claims within authority. Deliver concierge-level member service with proactive communication, clear documentation of decisions, and guidance on next steps. Requires collaboration with team members, vendors, and internal partners to resolve matters and support surge periods; hybrid work with in-office presence three days per week at assigned locations (San Antonio, TX; Chesapeake, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL).
