Injection Technology Expert leading CM to IM transfer project tooling design; main contact for European tooling design team; designs tool fixtures gauges for CM to IM transfer; supports IM tool concept during RFQ and mold manufacturing; trains local tooling designers for future IM tooling design; requires 10+ years tool design experience in rubber/silicone/plastic, strong CAD skills (Solidworks preferred), FEA basics, and willingness to travel globally; based in Ningguo, Anhui, CN.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in rubber/silicone/plastic products tool design
- Able to make tool design (3D-modeling and drawings) independently
- At least proficient use in Solidworks CAD, UG, CREO, CATIA drawing tools
- FEA Analysis basic knowledge is preferred
- Global business trip is required
- English (Proficient in listening, speaking and writing)
- Junior college degree or above, mechanical engineering or similar major
