Injection Operator- Days 6:30am-6:45pm B team

Prepare production paperwork for machine start-up and operation, then monitor injection molding machines to ensure parts are collected and counted correctly. Pull shots for quality checks following re-starts, identify nonconformities, and report food safety or quality problems to Shift QA. Evaluate product conformance, document machine performance, and clean out grinders while troubleshooting minor part issues. Tape boxes, label them, and stack for shipment, then prepare end-of-shift paperwork noting any exceptions. Maintain a clean, safe working area by performing sweeping, cleaning, and sorting duties. Start up machines and perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and procedures.
