Job Summary
Injection Operator: 2nd Shift (1 PM-11:30 PM) supports day-to-day operation of PET and HDPE injection equipment, performing setup, starting and running machines, with ability to make minor adjustments. Documents logs and quality forms, conducts visual and mechanical quality checks, ensures safe operations and adherence to PPE and safety rules, maintains housekeeping, identifies resin types (VPET, RPET, HDPE), and can troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in collaboration with maintenance. Requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with strong communication skills to relay issues and ensure production throughput. Education minimum is High School Diploma or GED; minimum experience is 2 years in manufacturing/position, with preferred 4 years in field/position and people/projects management. Required Qualifications
