Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of molding operator experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of molding processes
- Knowledge of machines and tools including design, use, repair, and maintenance
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Knowledge of TS requirements
- Experience with hand tools and plastic molding processes
