Injection Molding Technician

Job Summary
Prioritize tasks focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost by performing mold installations into plastic injection equipment and verifying correct nozzles, hoses, and connections. Load machine programs, make first-article parts, and conduct visual and dimensional checks to ensure quality standards are met. Operate injection molding machines, execute minor adjustments, assist with resin changes, and use crane systems safely for mold handling. Clean tools and equipment regularly to uphold 5S and TPM housekeeping standards while documenting quality data. Work as a press operator or assembler when needed to support other production areas. This 1st shift role (7am - 3pm) requires 1-2 years of experience with injection mold set-up and changeover in a team-oriented, growth-driven environment committed to safety and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with injection mold set-up and changeover
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for the duration of the shift
- Understanding of injection molding machines and basic tooling components (fittings, torque wrenches, fasteners, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with a team-first, safety-conscious mindset
- 1st shift: 7am - 3pm
