Injection Molding Technician III (TN) - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Maintain daily operation of molding machines and ensure production of quality parts with machine productivity. Train others on equipment and processes, including Molding Machine, Dryer, Grinder, and related tooling. Read and interpret blueprints; troubleshoot molding machine issues; navigate PLC to adjust robot setup; perform quality checks with calipers and micrometers; manage mold changes and mold cleaning; monitor moisture content of materials; maintain molds and diagnose problems. Requires five+ years related experience, forklift certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred; weekend work with 24-hour notice.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- Forklift Certification
- Five or more years related experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- Basic problem solving or troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Position requires weekends as needed with 24-hour notice.
