Job Summary
Set up and operate injection molding machines while performing mold changes and troubleshooting process issues. Monitor and adjust parameters for optimal quality and efficiency, supporting continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives. Requires 3+ years of injection molding experience with machines such as ENGEL, ARBURG, or similar, plus strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel to Juarez plant as needed. Experience working in cross-border or multicultural manufacturing and conversational English or Spanish are nice to have. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
