Injection Molding Technician

Job Summary
Operate and monitor injection molding machines while performing mold changes and setting injection parameters. Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, conduct routine equipment checks, and perform basic maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues occurring during the molding process. This role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience and an understanding of molds and injection molding conditions. Candidates must be eligible for overseas relocation to Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, near the El Paso, Texas border. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with night or rotating shifts available as a plus. Relevant certifications and experience with LS Mtron and Woojin equipment are preferred. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for qualified applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of molds and injection molding process conditions
- Must be eligible for overseas relocation
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to work night shifts or rotating shifts is a plus
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., mold tooling, equipment maintenance)
- Experience operating LS Mtron and Woojin equipment is a plus
