Injection Molding Set Up Technician

Set up and operate injection molding machines and related support equipment, perform process adjustments within in-process control sheet ranges, and execute mold setup into the press and removal. Maintain records and documentation, observe safety policies, keep guards and safety devices in working condition, perform visual and dimensional quality checks to meet production requirements, assist with reel changes and operator relief, handle raw materials and finished product, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requires on-site regular attendance and mechanical skills to use common hand tools and measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers); candidates must be able to lift 55 pounds.
