Job Summary
Troubleshoot injection molding process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions while operating and maintaining process equipment and overhead cranes. Maintain injection process standards and collaborate with the injection team to improve TRP, cycle time, and scrap rates. Operate robots and manage new mold set-ups for plastic injection machines. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience with new mold set-up and process plastic injection mold machines
- 2+ years of experience with the identification of injection plastic defects after the manufacturing process
- Position is on 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 2PM - 10:30PM, OT as necessary)
