Injection Molding Operator

Job Summary
As an Injection Molding Operator at TenX Manufacturing, you will operate injection molding presses and related equipment, perform visual quality inspections per the quality plan, carry out de-gating, trimming, assembling and secondary operations, package finished products, label containers accurately, identify molding or process issues and notify the molding technician for correction, maintain mold cycle times and production logs, keep a clean and safe work area, and contribute to team success through additional duties as assigned. Strong attention to detail, ability to recognize visual part characteristics and defects, comfort with repetitive production tasks, ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ pounds, and effective written and verbal communication are required. A high school diploma or GED is required; manufacturing or molding experience is a plus and training is available.
