Job Summary
Injection Molding Mold Setter on B Shift responsible for removing and installing molds, loading molds into injection molding machines, operating PITs and an overhead crane, and following SMED principles. Coordinates with team leaders and maintenance to address material flow issues, equipment problems, and safety/quality concerns; maintains 6S housekeeping; communicates with tool shop and resin techs; supports quality and process technicians in root-cause identification; works cooperatively with coworkers on the production floor.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of Manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of SMED
- Shift: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM rotating days off
