Lead and manage a 65-person three-shift injection molding department in automotive cosmetics; drive production efficiency, streamline mold changes and setups, enforce defect-free quality, champion continuous improvement, and mentor technicians, team leads, and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or relevant experience
- Proven track record in injection molding, ideally with automotive cosmetic piece expertise
- Tier 1 automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
- Prior management experience is essential
