Job Summary
Join our operations team as an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to perform mold and tooling changes, troubleshoot jobs, and ensure machinery operates effectively for optimal product quality. Key responsibilities include conducting basic maintenance on molding machines, supporting process improvements, maintaining equipment for efficiency and safety, and collaborating with team members. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, effective communication, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Physical mobility to perform various tasks, including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely in a production environment with moving mechanical parts.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Strong mechanical ability and adaptability to learn and grow within an injection molding department.
- Organized, eager to learn, have a teamwork mentality and a drive to produce quality work.
