Job Summary
Manage conveyor lines to ensure continuous production of the correct product. Set up, start up, troubleshoot, and monitor injection molding machines, making adjustments to injection pressure and cycle time for quality and efficiency. Inspect molded products for dimensional and surface defects, record scrap and production data in ERP systems, and support mold changes. Remove finished product from the conveyor line and box while maintaining departmental safety and housekeeping standards. Work the first shift Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p. m. at Wearwell, a global leader in anti-fatigue matting, with overtime available as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience (2 years) injection molding experience and/or equivalent education, training, or job-related experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be able to stand for full shift (8 to 10 hours).
- Able to lift and/or move 35 lbs. regularly.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Reliable attendance is a must.
- Able to work overtime as necessary.
