Job Summary
Set up molding machine parameters and perform mold changes, including robot setup and programming, to produce quality parts within standard. Troubleshoot process issues, replace standard mold components, and establish optimum processes for new tools. Train operators on production rates and quality monitoring while performing basic machine maintenance and root cause problem solving. Operate forklifts and overhead bridge cranes to move molds and support all production areas as needed. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience in a metal stamping facility
- Must be able to operate a forklift and/or overhead bridge crane to move and install molds into machinery
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time on the manufacturing floor
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
