Injection Mold Technician ($3,000 sign on bonus)

Job Summary
Set up molding machine parameters and perform mold changes, including robot setup and programming, to produce quality parts within standard. Troubleshoot process issues, replace standard components like inserts and ejector pins, and establish optimum processes for new tools. Train operators on production rates and quality monitoring while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Operate forklifts and overhead bridge cranes to move molds and participate in root cause problem solving activities. Requires three years of experience in a metal stamping facility and ability to work in moderate to loud noise levels with hot and cold conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience in a metal stamping facility
- Must be able to operate a forklift and/or overhead bridge crane to move and install molds into machinery
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time on the manufacturing floor
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
