Job Summary
Coordinate equipment development, optimization, and problem-solving for injection devices and peripherals. Define molding processes, control injection workflows, and manage New Product Innovation standards. Prepare technical specifications for machines and peripherals, while negotiating supplier contracts and monitoring delivery timelines, quality, and safety. Organize machine movement between halls based on layout changes and optimize existing hardware against updated standards. Participate in new project valuations and current equipment reviews, supporting lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with the Central Engineering Department to implement Nemera standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze przedtwórstwa wtryskowego tworzyw sztucznych i produkcji
- Znajomość urządzeń wtryskowych na poziomie eksperckim (formy, wtryskarki, roboty, systemy centralne)
- Biegłość w analizie dokumentacji technicznej i projektowej 2D, 3D
- Znajomość technicznego języka angielskiego
Desired Qualifications
- Preferowane wykształcenie inżynierskie, techniczne lub pokrewne
- Mile widziane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem
- Rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne i negocjacyjne
- Jasna i dobrze zorganizowana komunikacja
