Job Summary
Initiative Lead role for DigiGEN project with two positions, responsible for end-to-end resource planning or long-term asset management prioritisation and planning. Build high-trust relationships with squads and stakeholders, driving delivery of value from the initiative. Based in or accessible to Wellington, Christchurch, or Twizel, with hybrid work arrangements and a competitive salary package. Key responsibilities include leading delivery, prioritising work, removing roadblocks, and using qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with focus on business value and user adoption.
