Job Summary
Conduct three-year vocational training in hotel management, restaurant gastronomy, and culinary arts, covering service, event planning, kitchen operations, floor management, and reception. Plan memorable events, prepare guest-facing service, and manage kitchen preparation while ensuring guest comfort across the historic Brauereigasthof Aying ensemble. Gain hands-on experience in all core areas of the family-run establishment, starting with immediate responsibility for guest interactions and creative contributions to the team.
