Job Summary
Repair, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment while diagnosing technical errors and determining solutions. Produce timely service reports and quotations, comprehend customer requirements to make appropriate recommendations, and maintain communication networks with dealers and end users. Follow all company procedures and protocols while managing these tasks to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction and retention. Requires over three years of inhouse or field service experience, native-level Japanese, and strong PC skills.
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years' experience as Service technician (Inhouse service or Field service)
- PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)
- Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills
- Positive mindset, can-do attitude and willingness to change
- Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skilful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner, team spirit, and can work under high pressure
- Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company
- Able to read and write in English
- Willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required
Desired Qualifications
- Working experience and knowledge for Quality management system(e.g. ISO9001,ISO17025 etc.)
- Management and leadership experience
- Good command of spoken and written English (ex. TOEIC score 500 or above)
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Excellent presentation skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
