Job Summary
Manage daily scheduling and rostering for the flexpool to ensure uninterrupted production at the glass factory in Leerdam. Coordinate with flexworkers and clients on talent development, contract administration, and weekly relationship meetings. Adapt instantly to last-minute changes by solving logistical puzzles and maintaining overview in a dynamic environment. Requires HBO or MBO 4 level, driving license, and 32–40 weekly hours. Team includes four colleagues and one accounts specialist in an informal setting.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- MBO 4 met relevante werkervaring
- 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar
- Proactieve instelling
- Vaardigheid om razendsnel te schakelen
- Communicatief sterk richting zowel flexkrachten als opdrachtgevers
