Job Summary
Inhouse Consultant acting as the central external contact for customers in the Manufacturing segment, coordinating requests from the production environment, and translating customer needs into actionable IT processes and product improvements. You will work closely with internal teams (developers and consultants), drive change and release management, oversee rollout/testing activities, contribute to workshops and knowledge transfer, and ensure adherence to standards and continuous service improvement. The role emphasizes bridging business requirements with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC-based ERP solution for the Holz industry, with a focus on delivering clear documentation, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable product development. English proficiency is expected and a remote-friendly, flexible-work environment is offered.
Required Qualifications
