Job Summary
Create batches by weighing raw materials according to formulas and repack them for customer sales orders. Pull, deface, and label materials from the warehouse while driving forklifts to transfer product. Mix ingredients, bring samples to QC, and cover completed batches. Remove and dispose of expired materials from inventory. Confirm stock levels through checks and reweighing. Pull samples of expiring fragrance and ingredient raw materials for lot extension testing. Relabel materials upon approval of shelf life extension from QC. Maintain a clean workplace and execute ISO 9001 requirements. Work overtime when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lb. pails with relative frequency
- Ability to walk and remain on your feet for the majority of your scheduled shift
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
- Must mix, bring sample to QC and cover batch when complete
- Pull, deface and label Raw Materials from warehouse for Customer sales Orders
- Pull samples of Expiring Fragrance and Ingredient Raw Materials for QC lot extension testing
- Relabeling of Fragrance and Ingredient Raw Materials upon approval of shelf life extension from QC
- Remove and dispose expired material from inventory
- Confirm Inventory levels of Fragrance and Ingredient Raw Materials by stock checks and reweighing
- Drive forklifts to transfer product
- Understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001
- Remain accountable for all defined responsibilities as defined by ISO 9001 process flows
