Job Summary
Oversee unloading activities, operate locomotives, and maintain equipment at the feedmill. Perform millwright tasks and heavy maintenance projects; ensure schedules are met to prevent demurrage penalties; take daily bin measurements; pull samples and test them; maintain housekeeping and minimize dust; work as a Team member and support BEST practices, participate in team meetings, and align with Simmons OS principles. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in temperature extremes and noisy environments, and wear PPE. Preferred: High School Diploma or GED; computer training; poultry/food processing experience; 6 months to 1 year in trucking or transportation. Veterans welcome.
