Job Summary
Ingredient Control Technicians work in the kitchen of the plant preparing batched product for blenders according to written procedures and customer formulas. Responsibilities include weighing partial ingredients, labeling, documenting quantities and lot numbers, inspectingKit quality, signing off before shipping, maintaining sanitation and logs, organizing raw ingredients using FIFO/FIFE, completing weekly/monthly inventory reports, and ensuring shipment accuracy. The role requires following SOPs and GMPs, operating a forklift, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing other duties within the Blending Department as assigned. Education/Experience: High School Diploma required; 1 year college/technical certificate preferred; or 3–6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
