Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities, assessing how company products meet customer needs and preparing product specifications for development and installation of customized applications. Establish communication with design engineering on reliability considerations and collaborate with marketing to define new products based on field insights. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient function operation while championing significant projects and business initiatives. Provide solutions to complex technical and business matters, coaching lower-level professionals and influencing policies and procedures. Requires a four-year college degree, minimum five years of functional experience with at least three years of specific experience, and the ability to make significant contributions to processes and systems.
