Coordinate technical progress and compliance for the Toulouse Metro Line C and Line B Connection projects, acting as a ground reference in tandem with project leads. Monitor site advancement, verify work conformity, and identify gaps, risks, or blockers to facilitate their resolution. Lead coordination meetings, organize stakeholder exchanges, and manage pre-visits, handovers, and receipt procedures while tracking test phases. Analyze execution documents and technical procedures to formulate observations supporting project leadership. Manage interfaces between field teams, contractors, subcontractors, and the operator to ensure seamless operation.
