Conduct energy audits for residential and tertiary buildings, including site visits, analysis, modeling, and recommendations. Establish multi-annual work plans (PPPT) with cost estimates and scheduling. Perform regulatory thermal studies and develop technical solutions. Lead collective and tertiary energy performance diagnostics (DPE). Execute thermal modeling and dynamic simulations using Pleiades software. Design and compare work scenarios to evaluate energy gains and costs. Manage HVAC design phase tasks, including sizing, principle diagrams, power balances, and specification documents. Draft clear, illustrated reports tailored for owners, social landlords, or clients. Participate in client meetings to provide technical advice and simplify complex concepts. Contribute to internal method improvements and company development.
