Job Summary
Install, integrate, and update new equipment and software components for Alcatel OXE, OTMS, and MWS TAMAT environments, while providing Level 3 support and maintaining operational conditions for these infrastructures. Manage incident prioritization, ticket processing, and escalation tracking under the Team Leader's direction, ensuring configuration audits and user assistance for Admin N2 teams. Organize Run and Project team activities, participate in on-call duties covering 8:00 to 19:00 shifts, and handle technical trace generation for advanced maintenance. This role supports a global IT integration and unified communications group with 50,000 employees, focusing on French and international markets. The position requires a minimum of six years of experience, ACSE certification, and defense clearance, with a hybrid remote work arrangement in Toulouse.
Required Qualifications
- 6 ans minimum d'expérience
- Bac +2/BTS/DUT
- Français (E-Bilingue ou Langue Maternelle)
- Autorisation de travailler en France sans Visa/Permis de travail
- Installation, intégration et mise à jour des nouveaux équipements (matériels, composants logiciels d'infrastructure, applications informatiques transverses)
- Suivi et maintien en conditions opérationnelles et Support Niveau 3 sur les infrastructures Alcatel Omnipcx Entreprise (OXE)
- Interface avec le constructeur et Installations en suivant les procédures du client
- Contrôle et audit de configuration des postes
- Assistance et conseil auprès des utilisateurs
- Assistance et conseil auprès Admin N2
- Maintenance avancée (réalisation de traces)
- Organisation du travail des equipes de Run et Projet
- Gestion de la priorisation des incidents et projets
- Superviser l'activité ,traitement des tickets et suivi des escalades
- Rédaction des CR et REX liés à la activité
- Veille technologique et force de proposition
- Livrations documentaires
- Participer aux Astreintes
- Travail en mode décalé selon le planning , couverture de 8:00 à 19:00
