Job Summary
Conduct technical and environmental diagnostics to evaluate project needs and constraints, then estimate technical lots to ensure estimation reliability. Accompany clients during programming phases to guarantee feasibility and performance while defining technical and environmental requirements across all project stages. Support conception and execution phases with technical expertise, coordinate internal and external technical and maintenance competencies, and contribute to BIM data exploitation. Participate in tenders by drafting technical responses, analyzing projects, animating commissions, and selecting providers. Manage complex, large-scale projects in health, social care, tertiary, and security sectors with a flexible remote work policy and competitive compensation including vacation bonuses and mobility allowances.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé/e d'une formation technique supérieure
- expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans
- expérience en tant que Chef/fe de projets en Maîtrise d'œuvre TCE
- expérience en tant qu'Ingénieur/e d'études spécialisé(e) dans une discipline technique spécifique
