Job Summary
Oversee electrical and control technology construction supervision as project lead for multiple sites in LPH 8, ensuring timelines, quality, and procedures align across industrial and real estate projects. Coordinate interfaces between technical and general construction trades while managing internal sub-project leadership for cost, quality, and schedules. Lead site meetings and conduct construction documentation using digital tools. Requires an electrical engineering or TGA master's degree, relevant construction management experience, and proficiency with VOB regulations. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik bzw. TGA-Meister, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Objektüberwachung
- Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB sowie dem Regeln der Technik
- Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Reisen zu den Baustellen vor Ort in der Region
