Job Summary
Oversee electrical and control technology construction projects as a project manager for multiple sites in the LPH 8 area. Coordinate interfaces between technical and high-rise construction trades while managing internal sub-project leadership for cost, quality, and schedules. Lead site meetings and conduct construction documentation using digital tools to ensure timelines, quality, and procedures align. Requires an electrical engineering or TGA master's degree, relevant construction leadership experience, and knowledge of VOB regulations. Full-time role with on-call rotation and travel to regional sites. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik bzw. TGA-Meister, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Objektüberwachung
- Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB sowie dem Regeln der Technik
- Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Reisen zu den Baustellen vor Ort in der Region
