Job Summary
Conduct deep technical analysis of existing buildings to identify energy improvement levers, defining coherent renovation scenarios that balance performance, technical feasibility, and cost control. Draft technical documents for contractor consultation, manage tender analysis, and actively negotiate solutions with companies to secure technical choices. Validate execution documents, lead on-site meetings, and coordinate multiple work packages to ensure project completion and receipt. This role operates from the design phase through construction follow-up, requiring a global building vision covering envelope and systems. The position offers partial remote work and rapid skill development within an experienced team focused on environmental impact.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent dans le domaine du bâtiment
- Economiste de la construction ou équivalent
- Expérience significative en bureau d'études, maîtrise d'œuvre ou entreprise
- 2 ans minimum d'expérience
- Bonne compréhension du fonctionnement global d'un bâtiment existant
- Solides bases en thermique du bâtiment et CVC
- Bonne maîtrise des lots techniques et de l'enveloppe
- Capacité à rédiger des pièces techniques
- Lecture et analyse de plans
- Approche pragmatique et orientée terrain
- Maîtrise du logiciel Pléiade
Desired Qualifications
- Expérience en rénovation de copropriétés
- Connaissance des dispositifs d'aides (CEE, ANAH, MaPrimeRénov')
- Capacité à piloter un projet en autonomie
