Job Summary
Design, qualify, and optimize plasma etching and photoresist stripping recipes for silicon, oxides, and metals across R&D and production projects. Supervise and improve recipe performance on RIE, DRIE, and plasma asher equipment while identifying maintenance needs to ensure product stability. Act as the technical referent for plasma processes, solving complex issues and driving innovation for customized customer solutions. Document operational procedures, train new professionals, and collaborate with quality, R&D, and production teams to meet inspection criteria.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in materials engineering, electrical engineering, applied physics, microelectronics or related discipline
- Experience in plasma etching processes (RIE, ICP, etc.)
- Experience in microfabrication and cleanroom
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
- Scientific rigour and attention to detail, essential to guarantee the reliability of the processes
- Innovative spirit and technological curiosity to develop solutions adapted to new customers
- Excellent communication and technical extension skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with the R&D, production and quality departments
- Autonomy, initiative and organizational skills to manage several projects simultaneously
- Resilience to technical challenges and ability to propose creative solutions
- Knowledge of plasma etching parameters (gas, RF power, pressure, temperature, selectivity, anisotropy)
- Knowledge of MEMS and semiconductor manufacturing constraints (uniformity, reproducibility, contamination)
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to processes and equipment
- Citizenship will be verified
