Job Summary
Capture winning R&D tenders and lead technical negotiations with clients from proposal to final delivery. Master complex navigation and GNSS signal processing subjects while driving design authority and cross-disciplinary innovation. Establish demonstration prototypes, refine ultra-precise positioning solutions, and contribute to the Discipline's navigation tool library. Produce high-quality technical analysis notes, lead client workshops, and execute experiments to generate validated performance data. Develop internal R&D roadmaps and strategies within the Performance & Processing discipline at Thales Toulouse.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the field of navigation
- Experience in signal processing GNSS
- Development of performance evaluation tools
- Experience in simulations
- Experience in modeling
- Knowledge of satellite navigation (error budgets and their compensation)
- Knowledge of probabilities and statistics
- Knowledge of simulations and modeling
- Knowledge of Unix/Shell environments
- Knowledge of Python
- Knowledge of C
- Good communication skills (technical synthesis, oral and written presentations, reporting)
- Sense of collective

- Good interpersonal skills
