Conduct internal and supplier non-conformance analysis while tracking corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments. Manage quality cost reduction projects, develop quality indicators, and draft the supplier quality manual. Lead internal audits, maintain ISO9001 certification, and create external supplier audit plans. Support customer service in managing client complaints and assist quality inspectors with control plans. Collaborate with the purchasing department to validate quality requirements during supplier change projects. Work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with flexible hours, including a possible half-day Friday during summer months. Travel up to 10% of the time for audits and quality issues at other facilities. Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering, bilingualism, and GD&T knowledge. 3 to 5 years of manufacturing quality experience is essential.
