Create macro and detailed project plans aligned with the WBS and existing standards, including associated hypothesis notes. Identify critical and sub-critical paths, plan resources based on priorities and schedules, and gather input data for planning updates. Alert the Project Control Board to recovery difficulties, analyze delays, and propose solutions to recover them. Participate in team meetings and regularly communicate project progress. Join the planning teams at Aix-en-Provence and Cadarache to support nuclear infrastructure projects.
