Job Summary
Lead the entire planning process for electrical engineering in high-rise construction projects by directing a small team through all performance phases. Represent ATP to clients, authorities, and contractors while collaborating closely with architecture, structural engineering, and other disciplines. Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) within an integral team structure to support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal and climate-neutral building goals. Manage complex international and interdisciplinary projects, leveraging experience in electrical planning and facility management.
Required Qualifications
- Studium im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung oder eine abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektro-Planung und Fachbauleitung in allen Leistungsphasen von mittleren bis großen Projekten
- Freude an der Führung eines kleinen diversen Teams
- Motivation, dir neue Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten anzueignen
- selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in Auto-CAD/Revit
- Interesse für Softwaretools
