Analyze user needs and design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain C++ software solutions. Define requirements for new software development or existing improvements, then design technical solutions and feasibility studies. Propose viable technical solutions for product and user validation. Model, design, and implement databases if necessary. Develop software in C++ on Unix, perform unit, package, and performance testing to ensure quality compliance, and participate in product validation and acceptance. Produce and distribute required software documentation to requesting services. Support end users during production by debugging existing software solutions.
