Job Summary
Conduct process studies for refining, petrochemical, and chemical projects, including designing unit plans (PFD, PID) and leading client reviews. Execute material, thermal, and utility balances while performing hydraulic calculations, simulations, and safety reviews. Size control equipment and valves using simulation tools or spreadsheets, then draft equipment specification sheets for pumps, heat exchangers, and safety instruments. Integrate client specifications throughout the project lifecycle and participate in HAZOP reviews and client meetings. Adhere to ISO 9001 and MASE quality procedures while prioritizing site and client safety. Requires Bac+5 process engineering degree, five years of process experience in refining or chemistry, proficiency in HYSYS and PROII, and solid English skills. Required Qualifications
- Formation Bac+5 Ingénieur génie des procédés, génie chimique ou généraliste spécialisation process (ENSAM, ENSIC, INSA, IFP School, ENSIACET...) ou équivalent
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans en procédés (production, ingénierie) dans les secteurs raffinage / chimie
- Compétences de base en procédés (hydrauliques, thermiques etc...)
- Bon niveau d'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
- Rigueur, méthode, bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Application des procédures Qualité ISO 9001 et MASE
- Veille à la sécurité sur les sites et/ou chez nos clients
- Maîtrise des outils informatique tels que HYSYS, PROII... - Pack office
