Job Summary
Conduct factory financial planning by contributing to annual and long-term budget preparation. Ensure operational data accuracy by defining, recording, and maintaining operation times in SAP while supporting production through inventory management. Evaluate workstations and establish coherent links between functions, competencies, and salary scales. Perform time studies and actively manage projects and studies by analyzing profitability and ensuring rigorous follow-through. Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture by integrating best practices into daily operations. Recruit, compare, and share industrial best practices by analyzing processes and productivity across other plants. Design and optimize sector and workstation layouts to improve efficiency and ergonomics. Prepare and lead engaging presentations for both regulated and non-regulated employees. Support team training on new work methods and continuous improvement tools. This full-time day shift role at the Joliette tire plant requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme universitaire en génie industriel (BAC)
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience comme ingénieur industriel en milieu manufacturier
- Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Capacité à faire parler les données avec Power BI
- Capacité à utiliser Excel
- Capacité à utiliser SQL
- Capacité à utiliser AutoCAD
- Esprit d'analytique
- Sens de l'organisation
- Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
