Respond to daily technical inquiries from airlines, MROs, and lessors regarding aircraft in service to assess damage reports and determine intervention urgency. Define repair principles adhering to airworthiness rules and client expectations while proposing and drafting solutions compliant with sector regulations. Analyze structural interchangeability for consumables and materials, and coordinate with the structure calculation department for any aircraft modifications. Manage communication on aircraft structure repairs, inspections, and replacements to ensure service continuity. Requires 4+ years of structural repair experience and strong English proficiency.
