Job Summary
Analyze tender documents to identify project constraints, risks, and sensitive points, then coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to validate structural and technical choices. Conduct site visits when necessary, manage internal or external metering, and execute cost estimation and billing for the civil engineering lot. Draft technical memoranda for tender responses, assist in work program development, and participate in negotiations leading to contract signature. This consulting mission via IOTA Group begins in summer or September 2026 for a 12-month, renewable term in La Seyne-sur-Mer. The role supports a major environmental client designing energy valorization and waste treatment units across France and internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Formation Ingénieur avec spécialisation en Génie Civil
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans les études de prix Génie Civil Tous Corps d'État
- Expérience acquise en France indispensable
- Bonne maîtrise des normes de construction françaises et européennes
- Bonne compréhension de la gestion de projet en site exploité ou en interface avec des équipements process
- Anglais lu, parlé et écrit
- Déplacements de courte durée en France et à l'international
Desired Qualifications
- Expérience souhaitée sur des projets industriels : usine d'incinération, production d'énergie, traitement d'eau ou autre industrie
- Une expérience à l'international serait un plus
- Une expérience en bureau d'études structure ou en travaux serait également appréciée
- Espagnol apprécié
