Job Summary
Lead continuous improvement projects across manufacturing, hygiene, quality, and maintenance by collecting and analyzing data using the DMAIC methodology to drive sustainable operational enhancements. Support the planning and execution of key initiatives under team leadership while assisting with new equipment commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure lean production goals are met. Conduct training sessions for production, hygiene, quality, and maintenance teams to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role is part of the Wonderbrands Next Gen Talent program for recent graduates, offering competitive compensation, health benefits, and a matching pension plan in an on-site location in Ontario.
