Lead large-scale water infrastructure projects from conception to final delivery across the Grand Est and northern Franche-Comté regions, based in Metz. Execute technical cost estimates for tenders and draft global offer sections, while controlling technical studies from pre-project through execution. Define implementation methods, including plans, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor contracts. Manage project budgets and timelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, compliant handover. Conduct regular site visits, lead project teams, and support local teams in operational deployment. Select quality suppliers and share best practices to advance local team expertise, while guaranteeing strict adherence to company safety policies and ethical compliance standards.
